Mr. Darshan Jani from Vadodara, Gujarat files a Complaint against Flipkart.com and Seller for delivering damaged Nexus 6P Smartphone (Display is Damaged/Defective + Scratch) which has its invoice date 27/04/16 and Order ID: OD205854813355464000.
Mr. Darshan Jani filed a request for a refund on 02/05/2016. He paid total 39999.00 INR for the said product. Flipkart refused for a refund stating he has too many returns in the past so due to his history his refund or replacement has been refused.
Mr. Darshan Jani has supplied us necessary documents and photograph. Photographs are attached for reference purpose.
It is pertinent to note that customer buys online in good faith and he has no access to information on how flipkart.com assess their customers. Customer has a right to be educated and informed as under the section 6 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and Mr. Darshan Jani said his said rights are violated and he has not been properly addressed. In addition to that, all the past returns has ben approved by the Flipkart.com then there should not be a question on customer's credibility. If customer had information that buying an online product on flipkart.com he is risking his hard earned money, he would have chosen other option where he had not faced such loss situation.
